Terms of Service

1. The service

ListingWOW.AI is a self-serve tool for licensed estate agents and brokerages. You upload a photo of a room, choose a room type and a furniture style, and our AI generates a staged version of that room. The output is a generated visualisation intended for marketing use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Each successful staging consumes one credit; creating a video consumes additional credits as shown in the app. New accounts receive one free credit, plus two bonus credits if you subscribe to product updates during or after signup. Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance on your billing date. While your subscription is active, unused credits roll over month to month and your balance can build up to three months' worth of your plan's monthly allowance; once at that ceiling, a renewal tops your balance back up to it rather than adding beyond it. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the current period.

100% Free Revisions. Once a photo has been staged, you can re-stage it in different styles or with tweaks as many times as you need, at no extra credit cost. If you still haven't got a result you're happy with, email us at hello@listingwow.ai and we'll refund the credit spent on that image. Revisions are intended for preparing your own property listings and are subject to fair use.

3.1 Unlimited plan

The Unlimited plan grants unlimited staging operations for properties actively being marketed by the subscriber's own brokerage or agency. Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise offering staging to third parties as a staging-as-a-service product is prohibited. ListingWOW.AI reserves the right to terminate any account at any time, for any reason, in which case a prorated refund covering the unused portion of the current billing period will be issued. Video credits included with the Unlimited plan (currently 40 per month, used for cinematic clips and compiled listing videos) follow the standard credit rules in this section.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) as merchant of record. Your invoice and card statement will reference Creem.

5. Money-Back Guarantee & Renewal Refunds

First subscription. If this is your first subscription with ListingWOW.AI, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Refunds are processed by Creem to your original payment method.

Renewals. For subscription renewals, you may request a full refund of the renewal charge within 48 hours of the charge, provided no content was generated (stagings, edits, multi-angle shots, videos, or custom styles) after the renewal. Otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Plan changes. Prorated charges from plan upgrades are not covered by the guarantee; the standard cancellation policy applies.

Unused credits. Unused credits are tied to an active subscription and expire when your subscription ends. If you resubscribe within 15 days, contact us and we'll restore the credits you had at expiry.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ListingWOW.AI to:

• upload content you don't have the right to use;
• upload photos containing identifiable people without their consent;
• create misleading marketing (for example, removing or adding structural features that don't exist) in a way that breaches local advertising rules for property listings;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse or overload the service.

AI staging is a visualisation tool. The furniture and finishes shown are not part of the property — listings should make this clear to viewers wherever required by local rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host your photos, generate staged outputs, and deliver them to you. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not license them to third parties.

You may use the staged outputs for marketing the property they depict. You may not resell the staged outputs as stock imagery.

8. Service quality

AI-generated images may occasionally include artefacts or unexpected details. You can regenerate, try a different style, or contact support if a result isn't usable.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to issues with our upstream providers.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users by email.
