Free regenerations + 14-day subscription refund
AI staging is fast, but it's not always perfect on the first try. We'd rather you get a result you actually want.
If a single staging doesn't work out
Every staged photo can be regenerated or restyled. If a result is clearly unusable (heavy artefacts, broken geometry, wrong room type detection), contact us and we'll credit you back for that staging.

Subscription refunds
- First subscription: If this is your first subscription with ListingWOW.AI, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked.
- Renewals: For subscription renewals, you may request a full refund of the renewal charge within 48 hours of the charge, provided no content was generated (stagings, edits, multi-angle shots, videos, or custom styles) after the renewal. Otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Plan changes: Prorated charges from plan upgrades are not covered by the guarantee; the standard cancellation policy applies.
How to request a refund
Email hello@listingwow.ai from the address on your account. Refunds are processed by Creem to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear on your statement.
