1. Data controller

ListingWOW.AI is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy enquiries, contact hello@listingwow.ai.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

• Account details: email, name, login provider.
• Billing information processed by our payment provider.
• The photos you upload, the room type and style you choose, and the staged images we generate for you.
• Standard technical data (e.g. browser type, error logs) needed to keep the service running.

3. How AI staging works

Staging a photo runs through our own image pipeline. We pre-process your upload (decoding, resizing, room analysis), apply our staging logic with the room type and style you selected, and post-process the result before delivering it back to your account. Parts of this pipeline run on application servers we operate; the heavy image generation step runs on stateless GPU compute provided by vetted infrastructure partners.

Your image is processed transiently — it is sent to the compute partner only for the time needed to produce your result, and it is never used to train or improve any model, ours or anyone else's. Some partners may retain API inputs for a short period (typically up to 30 days) solely for abuse and security monitoring under their own terms, after which they are deleted. Some of these partners operate infrastructure in the United States; where personal data leaves the EU, transfers are safeguarded under the partners' GDPR data-processing terms (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework). All traffic is encrypted in transit.

The servers that perform the image generation never receive any of your personal information — only the image itself and the staging prompt derived from your room type and style choice. Your name, email, account ID and any billing details stay on our own systems and are never passed to the compute layer.

We do not enrich your photos with personal data, and we do not attempt to identify individuals from them. Please don't upload photos that contain identifiable people or sensitive personal information.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run ListingWOW.AI: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider, our email and support tooling, and the AI image-processing partner described above. Each processes personal data under GDPR-compliant data-processing terms.

5. Retention

Photos and staged results remain in your account so you can download them again. You can delete individual stagings at any time, or delete your account, in which case we remove your photos and personal data from active systems (backups roll off on a normal cycle).

6. Analytics, advertising & cookies

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool to understand aggregate usage. No tracking cookies are set unless you accept our cookie banner. If you do, advertising and measurement tools (e.g. Google Ads conversion tracking) may set cookies and process limited visitor data under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. This is entirely separate from your uploaded photos and account data.

7. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@listingwow.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to a small number of staff and protected by strong authentication.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when our service changes. We will adjust the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for material changes, notify users by email.
